Best for: "I can start tasks but can't finish them."

  1. Supplement: 500mg L-Tyrosine (empty stomach).
  2. Trigger: Take a cold shower (2-3 mins) or do 5 mins of HIIT.
  3. Work: Start your hardest task immediately after.

Why: L-Tyrosine fills the tank. Cold/HIIT hits the gas pedal.
